Q-How Do I Sign Up For Lessons?
Simply choose a package that suits you from the ones available on this site. Once you click on "add to cart" our shopping cart will then ask you for default payment information and will process the transaction. Be sure to include timeslots you are interested in as well. Remember, for a bit longer if you buy 4 lessons you get one free!
Q-What happens after I submit payment?
A-You will automatically be emailed a reciept with all the details of the transaction and your account will automatically be set up. There you can log in and review all past and present transactions, as well as utilize our affiliate links to help offset the cost of your own lessons. You can also submit support tickets inside your account as well. If you are new and you just bought a package, someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours to help you schedule your lessons.
Q-I want to buy a gift certificate. What do I do?
A-Simply purchase one of our packages and be sure to include during checkout the First and Last name (or name you would like to use on the Certificate). We will then create a PDF file and email it to you within 24hours. Normally we would let the recipient print out or bring in the certificate upon their first lesson and discuss further scheduling.
Q-How do I check on the status of a current order or bring up a record of past payments?
A-By simply logging into your account on this page you can easily view all the details of all your transactions with us, and/or download them in your choice of file format for record keeping etc.
Q-Whats the most common package for a beginner?

If your thinking about diggin in without diving in, this course is ideal. The material covered can benefit a wide range of players and abilities, as well as save money on lessons. A great deal and popular plan with parents for the summer months!
This music course is for anyone that wants to really dig on and learn their instrument. All but a few materials are included. This course is for the person who is serious about getting better, and wants to really dive in!
